In addition to the technical aspects of this installation, she also wrote and prepared all of the bank's Marketing literature and conducted bank wide training for its staff. Following the implementation, the bank was immediately able to realize cost savings in conducting research for its customers, while also providing information back to customers in a more timely fashion. As the Internet began to demonstrate its importance as a Marketing and Sales tool, Wendy designed the bank's first website and its Marketing literature.  The website has grown to be a full e-commerce site that allows customers to conduct transfers and bill payments and to view statements online. She is no stranger to budgeting, strategic planning, Marketing, training.  As a Business Analyst, Wendy has experience with both private business and state government in the Scranton PA area.

Wendy is a 1984 graduate of Scranton Prep and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and an MBA from the University of Scranton.  She started her career at First National Community Bank in 1988 and quickly positioned herself to create the bank's first MIS Department.  Through her years at FNCB, she analyzed the bank's business systems and made recommendations to use technology to the bank's advantage. During her tenure with FNCB, she recommended and installed Image First, an Item Processing System that upon its installation, was the fifth one installed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
